Between March 15 and 19, the Montjuïc venue of the Fira de Barcelona will once again host the Saló de l'Ensenyament, the most important event on educational guidance in Catalonia. La Salle-URL will be present with a stand in the area for universities. Pre-university students will be able to see first-hand all the degrees offered at La Salle-URL, as well as all the services, entities and activities that are part of comprehensive education and life on campus.
The main novelty that visitors will be able to discover is the new degree in Design and Creation of Interactive Products, which forms one of the profiles most in demand by the market: experts in the user experience to design, program and create all kinds of interactive products. The new degree has an artistic focus and includes a mention in video game design and development.
La Salle-URL trains experts in technology, innovation and digital creativity. The degree in Digital Arts evolves its academic plan to become a four-year program that incorporates a mention in Concept Art and the degree in Animation & VFX, which can be taken 100% in English, is a breeding ground for talented professionals who work in some of the largest companies in the sector around the world.
Entrepreneurship, digitization and internationalization
Management studies at La Salle-URL are a reference in the field due to their technological base and their focus on entrepreneurship and digitization. Likewise, they allow specialization in three degrees: Management of Business and Technology; Digital Business, Design and Innovation; and Business Intelligence y Data Analytics. Management studies stand out for their international focus, one of the key attributes of the campus.
This will be the second edition of the Saló de l'Ensenyament in which La Salle-URL will present the degree in Health Engineering and the degrees of the Faculty of Philosophy of La Salle-URL, the two great novelties of the current academic year, which have broadened the transversality and the humanist perspective of the knowledge ecosystem of La Salle-URL. Pre-university students who visit the La Salle-URL stand will also be able to find out about the degree in Architecture, which continues to grow thanks to its renewed academic program, unique spaces such as the Design Studio and international trips that allow students to discover the reality of sector globally.
The degrees in Computer Science also have international study tours and can be taken 100% in English. The professors, coordinators and advisors of the Engineering degrees, who are the origin of La Salle-URL, will also be protagonists in the Saló de l'Esenyament to explain the campus's own methodology, learning by challenge, in which the student is in the center and learns from practice and challenges.
