Last Monday, 16 April 2018, Ms Manuela Ianni, researcher at La Salle Campus Barcelona, defended the 1,000th URL thesis.
The thesis, which deals with the burning issue of energy efficiency in buildings, is titled “Diseño basado en prestaciones en la arquitectura. Estrategias proyectuales para mejorar la eficiencia energética de los edificios” [Design based on provision in architecture. Project strategies to improve the energy efficiency of buildings], and has been defended by Ms Manuela Ianni and directed by Dr. Leandro Madrazo Agudín, within the framework of the PhD programme in IT and the application to Management, Architecture and Geophysics, from the La Salle Technical School of Architecture.
Of the 1,000 theses submitted since the first one in 1994, 166 have been defended by teachers and researchers from La Salle Campus Barcelona-URL.
