Car noise spectrum
Within the framework of the SmartSense project (Scalable & sustainable Smart City Services), the workshop will discuss different types of environmental noise (e.g. cars, sirens, leisure) and their effect on people's health. Participants will experiment with sound level meters, identify ambient noises on individual computers and decide on their effect (e.g. calm, pleasant, stressful).
Finally, they will learn about SmartSound technology, which uses artificial intelligence to automatically identify noise.
