Information on the Protection of Data for the Management of Personnel Contracted

- The purposes of the processing are to formalise the hiring and, subsequently, to oversee work activity and the fulfilment of obligations derived from the contract.

- The data is processed within the framework of the contractual relationship formalised through this document, and in compliance with legal obligations.

- This data will be communicated to the Tax Authorities, to Social Security bodies, to banks for the payment of salaries as well as to insurance firms. Certain data can be openly shared.

- The data will be kept permanently.
