The Board of Trustees of FUNITEC, the foundation of the Brothers of Christian Schools that manages La Salle Campus Barcelona, is holding a meeting to review the activity report for the 23-24 academic year and approve its financial closure, present the 24-25 Annual Plan and close the 2019-2024 strategic period, in addition to advancing the lines of action of the new Strategic Plan for Institutional Development.
This is the first FUNITEC Board of Trustees under the presidency of Brother Esteban de Vega and Brother Josep Espuny as delegated president. The meeting also includes the participation of the FUNITEC Board of Trustees with members of the Executive Committee of La Salle Campus Barcelona.
The meeting is structured around the closure of one period and the projection of the next. On the one hand, the FUNITEC Board of Trustees formalizes the closure of the past academic year by reviewing the impact report and the financial closure of the 2023-2024 academic year. In addition, the report of the 2019-2024 Strategic Plan is presented, with the main indicators and a comparison from the 2019-2020 academic year to the 2023-2024 academic year. On the other hand, the meeting shows the 2024-2025 Annual Plan and indicators such as the enrollment report, the evolution of new students, the scholarships awarded, and the economic monitoring of the current year, among others.
To complete this prospective look, the progress in the definition of the new 2025-2029 Strategic Plan is presented, with the strategic lines of development and the proposals for new transversal projects of the campus for the most immediate future of the institution. Lines of action defined based on the objective of consolidating and reinforcing a value proposition, from the point of view of the student experience and commitment to the environment, that guarantees the Lasallian mission of making a more just and sustainable world.
