The Universitat Ramon Llull (URL), of which La Salle-URL is one of its founding members, has been classified in the prestigious World University Rankings By Subject of the Times Higher Education (THE) magazine for 2023 in six fields of study: Business and Economics, Psychology, Education, Social Sciences, Clinical and Health and Engineering. La Salle Campus Barcelona is one of the URL centers that offers programs in the areas of Business and Economics and Engineering.
In the first of these areas, the URL is once again positioned in the range 101-125 worldwide, third in Spain and second in Catalonia. On the other hand, for the first time the University manages to enter the ranking in the area of Engineering, in which La Salle-URL is one of the most prestigious universities in Catalonia and Spain. In fact, it ranks fifth in the State and in the 501-600 range worldwide.
THE WUR By Subject 2023 provides a classification of the best universities in the world by fields of knowledge and its methodology is based on 13 indicators, also used in the general classification of the recent THE WUR 2023, which measure the performance of institutions in five areas: teaching, research, appointments, international projection and knowledge transfer. In the rest of the fields, the URL is in the 301-400 range in Psychology, in the 401-500 in both Education and Social Sciences, and in the 601-800 in Clinical and Health.
