The Board of FUNITEC, the foundation that manages La Salle Campus Barcelona, held the closing meeting for the year 2022 at the end of December. The session was attended by the members of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee of La Salle Campus Barcelona , which dealt with various issues about the current situation of the campus:
- As a result of the growth of the Executive Education area of La Salle-URL and the commitment of the campus to this area, and in parallel to the general growth of the campus, the start of works in the old residence was approved to adapt two of the floors for classrooms and offices and to be able to respond with more spaces to this growth.
- The increase in places in some degree programs such as Animation, Digital Arts and Architecture was endorsed and, in parallel, the adaptation of new laboratories and classrooms to accommodate new students.
- The possibility of continuing to increase the offer in programs linked to STEAM (acronym for science, technology, engineering, arts and maths) and with the fields of knowledge specific to the campus was explored.
