The Ramon Llull University (URL), of which La Salle-URL is one of its founding members, has been classified in the prestigious Global Ranking of Academic Subjects 2023 del Shanghai Ranking in five areas of knowledge: Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, Psychology and Physics. La Salle-URL is one of the URL centers that teaches studies in Business and Management through the La Salle International School of Commerce and Digital Economy (FICEDLS).
URL is consolidated among the 150 best universities in the world in Business Administration and among the 200 best in Management. In both areas it appears as the best Catalan university and the second in Spain. On the other hand, in Public Administration the URL is in the range 101-150 worldwide and shares the first position in Spain. In turn, the URL is positioned in Physics and Psychology in the range 401-500.
The Global Ranking of Academic Subjects 2023 of the Shanghai Ranking classifies universities based on five indicators: number of publications in the first quartile of an institution, impact of citations normalized by discipline, international collaborations, publications in the most impactful journals and Featured awards according to each category.
