Ignasi Villalobos has developed his professional career in the financial sector for more than 35 years, occupying different positions of responsibility in both business areas (Electronic Banking) and cross-functional areas (Technology, Organization, Innovation). He is currently Manager of Organizational Structures and Dimensioning at CaixaBank. He previously headed the Organization Area of ¿¿the "la Caixa" Foundation. A computer engineer, he has completed master´s degrees in specialization in management (MGTI, currently MDT at La Salle), in software engineering, and postgraduate programs in Digital Business, Digital Disruption, Banking Risk at leading universities and business schools. He also holds a NonProfit Management and Leadership certification from Harvard University.
