Berta Immaculada Cerezuela Martínez

My expertise is in the fields of information and knowledge management, project management and events. I´ve being working since 1996 at the UAB, where I´m currently Head of Projects at the Olympic and Sport Studies Centre, a university research centre specialized in sport. Since 2014, I combine this position with teaching in postgraduate programmes on project management. I´ve developed a multifaceted professional profile in the area of project management by combining my educational background in information, knowledge and organizational management with an extensive practical experience in analysing project feasibility, planning and executing projects, coordinating people, and managing relationships with stakeholders, mainly university scholars, governmental organisations or international organisations, such as the International Olympic Committee or the Barcelona Sports Institute. Along my career, I´ve participated in different type of projects - basic research, consultancy, education, events, information systems, editorial, etc. - assuming various roles and contributing in all projects´ phases - from conceptualisation to closure - and working in projects with international partners.
