Alexandre Barco Martelo received both his MSc degree in technical Telecommunications Engineering and his degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Ramon Llull (URL), Spain, in 2008 and 2010 respectively. His research interests are Robotics, Social Robotics, Educational Robotics, Therapeutical Robotics and Service Robotics, so Caring Robots in general. And related with robotics, children with special needs as can be autistic children and children with brain trauma injuries.
He is teaching Robotics & Control Systems, and Educational Robotics at MUFP (High School Teacher Training Master).
