The Course in Creativity and Innovation: Business Innovation develops business innovation and takes advantage of technological opportunities. It's part of the University Expert Program in Innovation Management in Business.
It will provide you with the knowledge to design and lead innovation initiatives with a practical and realistic approach. And in addition, it will help you develop individual and group creative skills, to boost creativity on a daily basis.
The course includes the use of artificial intelligence to support innovation, improving productivity and decision-making. It also covers activities and workshops on creativity, Design Thinking and Disruptive Innovation, promoting open leadership and the use of user-centred methodologies.
You will work on the design of a solvent innovation process, as well as on the dissemination of innovative ideas as a key factor for innovation, through the best solutions and technologies.
Upon completion of the course, you will be prepared to participate in transformative initiatives, develop creative capabilities, and leverage technologies such as AI, IoT, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Big Data and 3D printing.
The Course in Creativity and Innovation: Business Innovation awards 10 ECTS credits, recognizable in the University Expert in Innovation Management in Business (15 ECTS), a degree from Ramon Llull University.
