The Programme in Innovation Management in Business is designed for all professionals who want to contribute creative ideas that generate value. Innovation in processes, in products, disruptive ideas that will provide solutions to problems, placing your company at the forefront of a market that is constantly evolving.
During the program you will acquire knowledge to design and lead innovation initiatives with a practical and realistic approach and you will develop individual and group creative skills, to boost creativity in your day-to-day life.
The training includes the use of artificial intelligence to support innovation, improving productivity and decision-making. In the sessions you will carry out activities and workshops on creativity, Design Thinking and disruptive innovation, promoting open leadership and the use of user-centred methodologies.
Our innovation program is aimed at product managers, project managers, R+D+I managers, development agents in the company... You will learn how to generate strategic alliances to carry out these innovative initiatives, in collaboration with start-ups.
To put you in context, at La Salle Technova business park we have been working in Innovation and Corporate Entrepreneurship for 20 years. We are in the Top 10 accelerators at European level!
The Innovation Management in Business Programme is a University Expert degree of 15 ECTS from the Ramon Llull University (URL), equivalent to a postgraduate degree. It consists of two courses, which can be taken independently:
- Course in Creativity and Innovation: Business Innovation - 10 ECTS - 6 weeks
- Course in Corporate Entrepreneurship - 5 ECTS - 4 weeks

Some or all of the cost of this course may be covered by FUNDAE training funds.
La Salle-URL is accredited by FUNDAE as a training provider, and we provide all the information required so you can request funding for your course from said body.
