Álvaro Sicilia Gómez
Doctor, enginyer d´Informàtica. Coordinador de l´àrea de computació del grup ARC (Arquitectura Representació Computació). Membre del grup des de 1999.
Llicenciat en Enginyeria Tècnica d´Informàtica a l´Escola d´Arquitectura e Enginyeria La Salle al 2003 i en Enginyeria Superior al 2008. Posteriorment, al 2012, va obtenir el títol de Màster Universitari en Recerca en les TIC i la seva Gestió . Va acabar el seu doctorat al 2016. Té experiència en la representació de dominis a través de tecnologies de Web Semàntica: creació d´ontologies, processos semàntics d´integració de dades, i explotació de dades semàntics.
Ha participat com a investigador en diversos projectes nacionals i europeus com BARCODE HOUSING SYSTEM, OIKODOMOS, INTUBE, REPENER, SEMANCO, OPTIMUS, ENERSI, OPTEEMAL i actualment RE-DWELL, TIMEPAC i RETABIL. Actualment és el IP de RETABIT.
El treball realitzat en aquests projectes es basa en la gestió i anàlisi de dades amb l´enfocament en les tecnologies de la Web Semàntica.
