La Salle Campus Barcelona declares its commitment to establishing and developing policies that integrate equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, without directly or indirectly discriminating based on gender. Additionally, the Foundation commits to imposing and promoting measures to achieve real equality within our organization, establishing equal opportunities between women and men as a strategic principle of our Corporate and Human Resources Policy, in accordance with the definition of this principle established by Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for effective equality between women and men.

In every area where La Salle-URL operates, from recruitment to promotion, including salary policies, training, working conditions and occupation, occupational health, work scheduling, and work-life balance, we embrace the principle of equal opportunities between women and men. We pay special attention to indirect discrimination, defined as 'the situation in which a seemingly neutral provision, criterion, or practice puts a person of one gender at a particular disadvantage compared to persons of another gender.'

Regarding communication, both internal and external, all decisions made in this regard will be communicated, projecting an image of the company in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities between women and men.

The outlined principles will be put into practice through the promotion of equality measures or by implementing an Equality Plan that represents improvements compared to the current situation. Corresponding monitoring systems will be established to advance the achievement of real equality between women and men in the company and, by extension, in society as a whole.

To fulfill this purpose, the legal representation of both male and female workers will be involved, not only in the collective bargaining process, as established by Organic Law 3/2007 for effective equality between women and men, but also throughout the development and evaluation process of these equality measures or Equality Plan."
