The central activity of the campus employability fair took place in the Sala de Congressos, a showroom in which more than a thousand students from all fields of knowledge were able to visit the 46 stands of the participating companies. Representatives of the companies and students have exchanged information and contacts, allowing students to learn about the skills that companies are looking for, and allowing companies to become interested in the talent of La Salle-URL students. Students from all areas of knowledge on campus have passed through the showroom: Animation & VFX, Digital Arts, Architecture, Philosophy, Business and Engineering.
Many of the companies that have participated in this eleventh edition of Talent Week have repeated their presence with respect to previous editions, knowing that La Salle-URL students have the potential, global skills, knowledge and values to be able to join their teams and help them grow. During the event, twelve conferences were organized with leaders from the different sectors and with the attendance of more than 360 students, sixteen knowledge videos were distributed to help face the first professional experiences and 35 companies participated in round tables that included the presentations of several students. In addition, more than 200 individual interviews have been carried out and, in the field of Architecture, three exit success talks have been held with former students who have a successful professional career, which have been attended by nearly a hundred students.
