David Vernet Bellet

David Vernet received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering from Universitat Ramon Llull (URL). He also received his M.S. in Computer Engineering and his degree in technical Computer Engineering from the same university, in 1998 and 2000 respectively. He is a member of the Research Group in Internet Technologies and Storage and his topics of research are: intelligent systems, web technologies, and learning methodologies. He was the Program Coordinator of Computer Science Degree in 2013/14, and since 2013 he is the Coordinator of the Master in High Performance Web Programming. He is also the Director of Graduate Engineering Programs at La Salle BCN. He has 20 years of experience in teaching with deep expertise in programming subjects.
