The learning process is always a complex task to analyze, taking into account the student/former behavior, since it is closely related to the context, the methodologies, and the technologies. How the user, in our case the students, are using or accessing the methodologies and technologies proposed in function of the learning context, and the assessment of the Efficacy, Efficiency, Satisfaction or Motivation, are the main aims of this research line. For these porpoises, we can use some different approaches, based on the sample or the needs (Quantitative, Qualitative, Mixed Methods).
