A unique Masterclass of the Master’s Degree in Project Management in collaboration with the Project Management Institute (PMI), which will address the essentiality of project management within the framework of Information Security.
In the age of information and big data, it is essential to have a good understanding of the factors that make us vulnerable to possible leaks and cyber attacks, which take advantage of both human and technical vulnerabilities to turn our electronic devices into the gateway to our organizations.
To change this paradigm, it is necessary to make current and future project managers aware of what kind of requirement security is; How to incorporate it to avoid delays and cost overruns? What responsibilities and implications can an organisation assume in the event of a security incident?
