Gastronomer and publicist, Roger has a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Certified Sake Professional by The Sake Education Council. Roger is the director of (founded in 2003), the reference website on Japanese gastronomy in the Spanish language. He was selected by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan in the Japan Invitation Program for bloggers and social media, as the most influential blog in Spain and Latin America on Japanese gastronomy.
