After obtaining his PhD from University College London, Alun moved to Barcelona to pursued post-doctoral work in character animation and 3D graphics. In 2011 he was technical coordinator of the Barcelona World Race online game, before moving to work as CTO of startup company focusing on virtual fashion. In 2013 he moved back to academia; and started his current post, as Lecturer in Multimedia, at La Salle Campus Barcelona, in 2016.
