In this programme, students will learn to:

Use tools to develop attitudes and skills in the use of agile methods.
Use modern techniques for innovation, conceptualisation and rapid adjustments of products to the market.
Manage highly motivated, multi-disciplinary high-performance teams.
Create a work environment based on improvement and regular learning.
Develop a more efficient product and gain early feedback on quality.

Students will attain CSM (Certified Scrum Master - Scrum Alliance).
