The Leadership Program for Teams and People Transformation has been designed with a totally experiential approach.
The students will participate in activities and exercises to test the professional experience acquired in their professional career and the knowledge they will have acquired through the virtual campus. After each exercise, they will receive the feedback they need to consolidate the learning and to be able to transfer it to the reality of their day-to-day work.
The teachers will adopt a role of facilitators with which they will create an environment of confidence and complicity with the students and they will be at their side in their process of integrating the lived experiences and the learning that has been acquired.
Debate, reflection, analysis, improvisation and creativity will be the rails on which each session will be conducted in order to maximize the participation of all attendees.
Individual coaching throughout the program
The program includes three individual coaching sessions to accompany and enhance the development of students through their personal development plan.
