Goals
Among the purposes of the Leadership Program for the Transformation of Teams and People are:
- Understand and reorient behavior patterns and dynamics (unconscious) that underlie organizations and teams, and that tend to hinder or even block the achievement of results.
- Learn to use the main individual and team coaching tools adapted to the reality of someone who leads projects and guarantees the achievement of results.
- Obtain a systemic understanding of the organizations that allows leading from within the system of which you are a part, being aware of the flows and exchanges that occur between the different elements that compose it.
- Being able to lead the negotiation towards obtaining results, both in work and personal environments, through knowledge of negotiating styles, the keys to the Harvard Negotiation model, learning to create and claim value in negotiation.
