Researchers are encouraged to submit their work electronically in MS word or pdf format without author(s) name. Submitted papers should not exceed 15 pages, including illustrations and references, and should be numbered starting at page one. All papers will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. Accepted papers that are modified according to reviewers' comments will be published in the conference proceedings. Awards for best papers will be announced during the conference.

The authors of the papers selected for the session, will have the possibility to extend their work in a special issue of the journal: Ubiquitous Computing And Communication Journal (UBICC.ORG). The papers will be published in the Online and print edition (you can see and example of a previous special issue of an ACM Workshop:

The authors should format their papers according to the Springer template.
Please, follow the submission procedure of the conference DICTAP2011 and in addition in the field Comments to Chair mention that this paper is for the Special Session VISUAL INTERFACES AND USER EXPERIENCE (VIUE 2011). Also, notify organizers of VIUE 2011 by email that the paper is sent for participation in the special session (mail to fonsi [@] salle.url.edu).
