Over recent years, the Spanish real estate market has witnessed a substantial growth in the residential sector, which has resulted in a huge increase in the building legacy of its owners, in terms of investment.
Without a doubt, the 1998 to 2006 period will be considered historical in estate terms and a reference for the future. The “levelling off” that the sector is experiencing has made us consider a new approach: the need
to diversify investments and, in the same token, risk. To diversify means to
INNOVATE in terms of means, products and markets. This is our major challenge for the present and the future.
In this edition of La Salle Real Estate Forum 2006, we would like to show different innovative proposals through specific cases in order to adapt efficiently to a changing economic environment. The vision and strategic focus of these innovations allow us to enter new unexploited market niches.
Through three different Independent Conferences, this edition of the La Salle Real Estate Forum 2006 describes how to develop real estate promotions from a concession viewpoint (16th May), how to promote Vertical Cities (6th June) and where the future of property investment lies (27th June).
During these Conferences, inaugurated by well-known directors of businesses and public organisations, some of the most prominent representatives of the major organisations leading the change will also be present and will explain their experience in these innovative property achievements.
We would be extremely pleased to see you at the different La Salle Real Estate Forum 2006 Conferences so that you can appreciate, alongside the most prominent representatives of the property sector, how
progress is possible in a constantly-changing real estate market through
innovation.
Kind regards,
Josep
