The activities included a welcome address by Bachelor Director Isabel Oller, seminars on university life and academic expectations, an introduction to the Innovation Park, FESS activities, tour of Barcelona on our famous two decker buses, lunch near the Puerto Olimpico and ended with a talk by BES Director Ramon Oller. We would like to thanks all those who attended and helped to make this an enjoyable and educational experience. Special thanks to Anglèica Morales, Chris Kennett, Steve Campbell, Jaume Oliveras, Mariona Ferrer.
Germán Aragón
Professor
I came to Barcelona two days before Welcome week started. Shortly after I have arrived into my new flat I received a call from La Salle, it was admissions department and they welcomed me to the new city and made sure that I was ready and prepared for the welcome week and couldn´t wait to see me.
Welcome Week began on a beautiful sunny Monday morning and the beautiful weather lasted throughout the trip. The new students all came and we had a fun time getting to know each other because we had so many different stories to share from different parts of the world! Professors indroduced themselves and explained a bit more about their courses, La Salle arranged other professionals to visit us to give us some necessary information about living abroad... It helped me to become more prepared for the new school and as well as the city. [+]
